Sometimes it's hard to give our all when there isn't much of us to give. As mothers, sometimes it's really hard to remember to take care of ourselves. Arabah Joy has a sweet little guide to help boost your energy and walk you through it. She teaches you how to submit your mind to what the Scriptures say, explains how your spiritual life can be effected by your physical and teaches you how to combat energy sappers such as stress, anger, and anxiety.
This book is a great length, as it doesn't take a lot of time to read or understand. It is set up with a clear, step-by-step, how-to, guide on creating healthy habits.
So if you're looking for a guide to help pull you out of your slump, friends, this is it. Creating habits doesn't need to be complicated.
As moms, we don't realize just how important it is until we begin to see what a difference a little change in our days can make for that energy and change in mentality.

I also want to share with you a wonderful Bible Study that is one of many series to come. It's put out by Katie Orr and the first study is on 1 Corinthians 13. Moms, this is such a great opportunity to dig into the Word with your children!
Focused15: 1 Corinthians 13 is a 4-week study which really helps empower you to learn to study on your own. Katie kind of coaches you through the study (offering a "cheat sheet" for those new to studying the Bible or those who need a little more direction).
This is not a devotional. This is something deeper. And it's created so you can work through it in 15 minutes a day, which is a great length for your children's attention span as well. It's a terrific starting point to work with your children, and although this study isn't specifically geared for moms to teach their children, it is definitely not exempt. In fact, it's a great tool to learn alongside your children!
